Financial Empowerment
Sisters’ Empowerment Movement’s Financial Empowerment program goal is to aid women in establishing long-term financial security. Being financially or fiscally responsible is a significant part of personal and professional development. It is the final piece of the whole growth puzzle that Sisters’ Empowerment Movement wants to see in its participants. Financial Empowerment leads to success and knowledge that can be passed down from one generation to another. It is one of the most important and valuable lessons that women should learn, especially being the leaders and breeders they are in the community.
Career Development
Sisters’ Empowerment Movement is dedicated to empowering women with the necessary tools to accomplish their career goals. Our goal is to assist and equip women ages 18-40 with becoming employed and advancing in their careers. We successfully motivate women to pursue their passions by offering resume writing, mock interviews, and ensuring that our programs help them obtain the proper attire needed to show up for job interviews ready to be offered a job and improve their quality of living.
Life Skills & Coaching
At Sisters’ Empowerment Movement, our Life Skills and Coaching program is geared towards helping women ages 18-40 build confidence, de-stress, and discover what it means to take time for self-care and improve their mindset. We are also dedicated to helping women improve their overall mental and physical health through accountability, group sessions, and one-on-one life coaching sessions. We desire to see every woman become the best version of herself.
Business Networking
At Sisters’ Empowerment Movement, we are fully aware that women, particularly Black women, lead most groups to start businesses and become entrepreneurs. We are also aware that becoming an entrepreneur is one of the most challenging ventures that most people are faced with, and therefore, there is a need for a community. Our goal at Sisters’ Empowerment Movement is to provide our participants with networking opportunities to find opportunities and resources necessary to succeed at being a business owner. We offer opportunities for business mentorships and coaching for fledgling and established entrepreneurs.
